Coaching for the "Now what?" moments in life.

About Stages Coaching

Sometimes, it’s a question that shows up at 2:00 in the morning. Sometimes, it's just that nagging feeling in the pit of your stomach. Something has changed, or something needs to.

Maybe the career that once fit doesn’t anymore. Maybe graduation is approaching and you have no idea what comes next. Or maybe nothing is necessarily wrong. What used to work for you just…doesn’t anymore.

That’s where we start—with a conversation.

We’ll get curious about what brought you here, what’s really going on, and what you need next. Sometimes it’s clarity. Sometimes it’s tools. Sometimes it’s simply a different perspective.

Bring me your “now what?” and I’ll take it from there.

Now what?

Ways We Can Work Together

Career Coaching

It’s Sunday at 3:00, and you already have that feeling in the pit of your stomach. Monday is tomorrow, and it all starts again.

It’s 5:30, you’re leaving work, and all you want to do is take a nap.

Has it been a while since you looked for a job, and your résumé might actually be from 2002?

Something isn’t working, but you don’t know why. Is it the job, the company, or the boss?

Students & Grads

Is everyone asking, “What now?” after graduation, and you honestly don’t know the answer?

When someone asks, “Tell me about yourself,” do you freeze or give them your life story?

Is your résumé a laundry list of tasks, or does it proudly show what you’ve accomplished?

That’s Wayfinder.

Life Transitions

You drank the lemon water. You journaled. You stretched. Nothing worked.

Something doesn't feel right anymore.
Maybe a relationship ended. The kids left. Your career changed. Or the life you worked so hard to build just doesn't fit the way it used to.

You look in the mirror and hear yourself asking, “Who am I now?”

Was it an ending, or could it be a new beginning?

In their words...

“Robin helped me clarify my strengths, define my goals, and move forward with confidence. Her guidance was thoughtful, practical, and always tailored to my needs. I felt truly seen and supported throughout the process and I found a job that I love!"

Justine

"I didn't know what I wanted to do and was nervous about working with a coach. Robin made it fun - ask her about the sheep. I got my degree in marketing and didn't want to do it. I really wanted to be an electrician and Robin helped me to know why. She helped me to get that's how I'm wired (no pun meant).
I start my apprenticeship tomorrow.

Dan M

“I came to Robin because I just didn't know who I was anymore. I was tired and lonely all of the time.
It wasn't until I started working with Robin that I realized, I had spent years trying to be someone that I wasn't, to make everyone happy, but I was miserable.
I can't say that I completely know who I am, but I'm close and I know why I feel like I needed to pretend.
Her Unbecoming program is awesome!

Common Questions

What happens when we work together?

We start with where you are, what you’re trying to figure out, and what you need most right now. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula. Sometimes you need clarity. Sometimes you need tools. Sometimes we discover the thing you thought we were working on isn’t actually the problem at all.

How long are coaching sessions?

Most sessions are 45–50 minutes. Long enough to go deep, focused enough to be useful, and designed to respect your energy and time.

Will we meeting in person or virtual?

The majority of sessions are virtual. If you prefer to meet in person, please let me know during our first conversation

Your Next Step

If you’re unsure about your next step, or just need a place to start, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Tell me what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.

Coaching available online and in person, by request, in the Columbus, Ohio area.
